Solving legal issues.

Empowering you and your business.

Let's talk

We empower you and your business to navigate the complexities of law. Luke Ratzlaff provides legal solutions in the areas of small business law, estate planning, debt collection, real estate, family law, and other areas. Most solutions are offered on a fixed fee basis so that you know, up front, the scope and the cost of our work.

Business Law

You have great business ideas. We help ensure you are not bogged down with the legal complexities of starting and running your business.

Estate Planning

We help you plan and arrange for what happens to your assets once you have passed. Whether your estate is simple or complex we help eliminate future uncertainties as to how your estate is administrated.

Real Estate

We offer fixed fee transaction for residential and commercial purchases, sales, mortgages, and refinancing. We also assist with drafting and negotiating lease agreements, management agreements, and purchase agreements.

Debt Collection

We help recover debts from individuals and business. We locate, investigate, and provide a cost benefit analysis of pursuing different options to collect. We negotiate with your debtor and prosecute as necessary in small claims court or in the Court of Queen's Bench.

Family Law

We protect your rights and the longterm best interests of your family. This includes prosecuting and defending Court of Queen's Bench and Provincial Court claims for custody, spousal support, child support, property, and divorce. Often these matters can be resolved outside of court through negotiation or mediation, which we assist with and in fact encourage.

Contract Law

We cover all areas of contract law including breach of contract, misrepresentation, fraud, illegal contracts, and contract formation.
