You have great business ideas. We help ensure you are not bogged down with the legal complexities of starting and running your business.
We help you plan and arrange for what happens to your assets once you have passed. Whether your estate is simple or complex we help eliminate future uncertainties as to how your estate is administrated.
We offer fixed fee transaction for residential and commercial purchases, sales, mortgages, and refinancing. We also assist with drafting and negotiating lease agreements, management agreements, and purchase agreements.
We help recover debts from individuals and business. We locate, investigate, and provide a cost benefit analysis of pursuing different options to collect. We negotiate with your debtor and prosecute as necessary in small claims court or in the Court of Queen's Bench.
We protect your rights and the longterm best interests of your family. This includes prosecuting and defending Court of Queen's Bench and Provincial Court claims for custody, spousal support, child support, property, and divorce. Often these matters can be resolved outside of court through negotiation or mediation, which we assist with and in fact encourage.
We cover all areas of contract law including breach of contract, misrepresentation, fraud, illegal contracts, and contract formation.
We started Ratzlaff Law in 2016 with the belief that legal services should be accessible and transparent. Luke leverages technology and business processes to deliver efficient, client driven solutions. We provide a fixed fee quote whenever possible so you know ahead of time what our services cost. If your matter is complex, you will receive frequent progress reports through to project completion.
